It was an excellent end to an exciting , fun-filled executive class Nawras Corporate Cricket tournament as Enhance Oman emerged champions by winning a keenly contested final over Muscat Pharmacy played at Wattayah Stadium on Thursday.
The Nawras corporate cricket, first of its kind held in Sultanate saw an encouraging response from top corporate companies like Times of Oman, AL Khalili Group, Larsen & Toubro, Oman Oil , Nawras, Enhance Oman , OMASCO, Muscat Pharmacy and Muscat Overseas Group. Famous DJ Warren rocked the crowd by playing latest Hindi, Punjabi, English songs.
Children present at the stadium enjoyed the Bouncy Castles (Children’s Play area). This tournament was made possible with the support of corporate world, specially Nawras and Mustafa Sultan Exchange company. Organisers also conducted an open poll through their website www.muscatcricket.blogspot.com in which Larsen & Toubro won the poll as they received highest 33 per cent votes. The L& T team was awarded with a nice Apple Ipod.
Every man of the match winner will receive an executive class Westar Watch, sponsored by OMASCO Group. The prize distribution will be held at Bausher Hotel on Monday at 7.00 pm and Hussein Al Fadhil , Team Leader, Corporate Affairs Nawras will give away the prizes. Excusive Nawras modems, Apple Ipods and Westar watches, Mousbak prepaid cards will be given to the winning and runners up teams and top performers.
