All team captains and managers attended the function and were apprised of the rules and regulations of the tournament. According to the organisers the opening ceremony will be held on March 26 at 8am. There are 10 teams participating in the tournament. A news from Times of Oman- MUSCAT With the Indian Premier League Twenty20 Cup round the corner, the the cricket fever in the Sultanate is on a high pitch. In line with the fever, the T10 format Nawras corporate cricket tournament is scheduled for March 26. The second edition of the T10 tournament organised by Gulf Sports Club and supported by Sultanate’s super brand Nawras is all dressed up for grand excitement. This tournament is a truly executive class tournament, which is solely designed for the corporate world, who love the game of cricket. Eight teams from top corporate have entered fray and the day-night tournament will held at Russayl Football Stadium. Organisers have called on the spectators to join the fun at the stadium. The spectators present in the stadium will also be eligible to win the spot prizes through draws. These prizes will be given at regular intervals. Excellent seating arrangements have been made in the stadium and the kids present in the stadium can enjoy the bouncy castle installed inside the stadium. The common colour T-shirts to all the players will be provided by the organising committee and a common colour trouser must be arranged by the team. The ICC rules will be strictly followed.
